Creative 3D Web Airdrop #1 Form
This is the official Airdrop Form for participants in Creative 3D Web's first AVATZ Token Airdrop.550,000 AVATZ are up for grabs with an ICO equivalent value of $82,500. (The public sale price of AVATZ is $0.15 per token) A maximum of 5,000 successful participants will be accepted, and each participant can receive up to 100 AVATZ ($15 USD at the ICO value) plus bonuses for referrals.
The Telegram Step is mandatory. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Referrals are optional.
Google sign-in is required to complete the form to prevent abuse of the process.
KYC is required after the airdrop ends. We will send an email with KYC completion instructions to your nominated email address after the airdrop ends, December 9th, 2018.
